Use the wisdom of the Enneagram to ignite lasting change.

It’s time to transform your relationships with others, and most importantly, your relationship with yourself. Because life is too short to be on your own sh*tlist every day of the week.

We could all benefit from being a little kinder to ourselves…

But most of us are afraid that if we ARE more self-compassionate, we’ll end up under a pile of things to do without the motivation to get anything done.

YET... WE KNOW THERE'S SOMETHING MORE.

There’s something calling beyond the hustle, beyond the endless to-do list, and beyond the productivity pressure.

Using the Enneagram, I’ll help you…

→ develop more self-awareness so you can observe yourself in real-time

→ uncover blind spots that are keeping you stuck

→ foster more self-compassion so that you can be your own BFF every day of the week

→ apply the Enneagram in your day-to-day life

More clarity. Less overwhelm. Tangible progress toward your goals.

I’D LOVE TO BE IN YOUR CORNER.

Questions? I’ve got answers!

  • Coaching is a collaborative process to help you develop self-understanding, gain insight about yourself based on your Enneagram type, and see the changes you’d like to see in your life.

  • Together, we’ll start by setting goals (or intentions if goals feel too intimidating for you), and each subsequent session will be focused on small steps toward those goals.

As a coach, my role is to help you make incremental changes to help you feel aligned and purposeful in your life. Again, it’s a collaborative effort! At times, I may also offer suggestions for homework or other activities between sessions to support your goals.

  • I thought you’d never ask! 😉

Most of us have a vision of how our lives would be different if we could shift a few things. For example, perhaps you can sense life would be better if you were more emotionally regulated, more skillful with boundaries, less driven by fear, or more clear on what we really want out of life.

These ideas – and the existing chasm between the ideal vision and our present day reality – highlight core issues to work through in coaching. Because our types are so ingrained in our thought processes and emotional patterns, the goals we’ll work through have a direct connection to your Enneagram type. You don’t have to be able to trace the connection (that’s my job!) but understanding the connection can help you untangle the patterns that are keeping you stuck so you can experience the freedom and flourishing you’re looking for.

  • Not necessarily! Sometimes my clients enter coaching when they have a vague idea of what they want, and we brainstorm goals together. However, it’s important to have some idea of where you’d like to go, even if you’re not sure how to get there (that’s where I come in!).

More than anything, it’s crucial that you’re ready and willing to change. There’s nothing I love more than helping YOU get to where you want to go, but I can’t want it more than you do – it simply does not work.

  • Generally, therapy focuses on addressing and healing psychological, emotional, and mental health conditions like trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. Therapists receive extensive training in clinical treatment and often have additional training in diagnosing and treating mental disorders.

Coaching tends to be more future-oriented and action-focused, focusing on skills and tools to help you leverage strengths and reach your goals. Coaching tends to be more specific (i.e. working on select goals).

Both therapy and coaching can help you develop skills to better support yourself and your relationships.

Coaching and therapy can work well in tandem! As a client, I’ve experienced incredible transformation through both modalities.

While the Enneagram does delve into some deeper issues and emotional intelligence work at times, and I believe you can access real healing through the Enneagram, I do not work with areas of trauma, abuse, personality disorders, mental illness, or other more delicate topics.

As I am not a therapist, I cannot advise on these topics, and I want to make sure you get the support you need! In a discovery call, we can both decide if coaching is a good fit for you.

Check out this podcast episode for more.

  • Coaching works best in an on-going relationship, so single sessions are only available after the initial coaching package (6 sessions) expires. Because I spend so much time getting to know you and understanding your goals, a single session won’t have the impact you’re looking for.

We’ll start with a discovery call to see if coaching is a great fit for you. After our call, I’ll send you on your way with a detailed questionnaire to help you reflect on yourself and begin to formulate your vision for transformation in your life. We’ll meet regularly (typically 2x/month) with periodic homework and Enneagram education in between.

If you’re ready to take your Enneagram knowledge from theoretical understanding to actionable insight, coaching is for you!

Steph, your Ennea-Coach

I’m not here because I have all the answers. Every time I end a coaching session, I am awe-struck by the insight and wisdom we’ve co-created together. My role is to observe how your present-day Ennea-type ego patterns are keeping you stuck, and to guide inquiry into your habitual thoughts and feelings so that you can notice them and, eventually, let them go.

As an outside observer, I can highlight things you can easily miss on your own, and I’ll support you as you create new patterns that support the life you want to live now.

I bring a warm, validating, compassionate, and challenging approach to each session. I want to help you to feel like the capable, curious, and insightful person you already are.
