What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a development tool composed of nine core archetypes. Each archetype features a common underlying motivation, which is the driving force behind the types’ behavior.
Rather than external identification, like direct vs. passive communicators, the Enneagram helps learners understand why they do what they do. By learning and understanding their Enneagram type, team members can gain deeper self-insight, recognize their own reactions and stressors, clarify their values, and work together with their colleagues with ease and mutual understanding.
